If you are looking around at HDTVs and checking lots of stores and websites you might be happy to decide on the Element ELCHW321. It is a good choice for the price and competes with higher priced brands. It has a pretty easy set up and the picture looks much better than a older tube TV, which was considered high quality just a few years ago. It has on-screen displays which are easy to read, even from far away, so you can control it from a distance and still see what you are doing.
The ELCHW321 includes an ATSC tuner so you can get over-the-air digital broadcasts. It includes two HDMI inputs so you can hook up blu-ray players, game systems, laptops, or whatever else you might want to link to the display. Games on the Xbox look awesome. This is a nice bonus since playing games on a old tube TV don't justify the graphics a video game comes standard with. HD sports programming is just excellent. The green of the grass on the field is vivid and it even makes following a hockey puck much easier to do as the picture is very clear. The Element ELCHW321 has changed the way you watch TV forever.
It also is nice to have a TV that saves power compared to old TVs. It is Energy Star compliant which is nice to know fas you never really realize how many appliances you have plugged in at one time.
There are better 32 inch HDTVs available but it depends on what your budget is when shopping for one. The Element ELCHW321is priced around $350 which puts it at the low end of HDTVs. If you are looking for you're first HDTV and you are on a budget, the Element ELCHW321 is definitely the way to go.
